The same ethos of a Good, Fun and Non-competitive but Challenging Cycle is promised, along with the usual foods stops and Barbeque as in previous years. So come join us for this great day out and challenge yourself while supporting some of the local charities of West Cork.

We would like to take this oppurtunity to thank Garry Minihane and the members of the previous committee for their help and their fantastic work over the last 11 years.

West Cork Emergency Services and Friends is a group of volunteers from An Garda Síochana, Ambulance, Fire Services, Civil Defence, Red Cross, Coast Guard and other local volunteers who share an enthusiasm for cycling.A few years ago we decided to channel this shared interest into a fundraiser for some deserving causes. The annual cycle is open to everybody and attracts cyclists of all levels. It has gone from strength to strength each year and is now a firm fixture in West Cork’s sports calendar.
